We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return/exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us with 24 hrs of delivery. we will pick up the products. once we received the products we will dispatch the new products.

There is no RETURN/EXCHANGE on offer products, we replace only damaged products with same design.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewelry does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us here within 24 hours . We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement .
